You have the option to return the product for a full refund within 30 days after receipt, as long as the product remains undamaged.

For product quality issues, TORRAS covers return shipping. For other returns, the customer pays return shipping. Contact customerservice@torras.com.sg before returning an item from Singapore or Malaysia to confirm the return address and applicable charges.

After your return is approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is successfully refunded. Please note that the specific refund arrival time may be affected by the processing speed of different banks.

We reserve the right to adjust product prices displayed on our website at any time and correct any unintentional pricing errors. However, we offer a 14-day price guarantee. If you make a purchase and we lower the price of the product within 14 calendar days, please contact us at customerservice@torras.com.sg to request a refund of the difference.
